Goebel (Hummel) made more than just little porcelain figurines. In the 1960’s, they also made little German Cartoon rubber figurines.

People LOVE their religious figurines, ESPECIALLY if they are from the 1960’s. I remembered seeing these praying hands statues in various places and institutions throughout my life, and if I remembered them, so will many others.

Look up “Vintage Blow Torch Lamp”. You’ll see quickly that people LOVE to restore the old brass ones and turn them into $150 desk lamps. Even unrestored ones in worse condition than this one seem to make the grade on some occasions.
